Sea Dragon - 2001

I wanted practice with inking and coloring, and this is my first experiment with that. It's a sea dragon thingy (it has a mad look because it doesn't like being referred to as a thingy), and so, yeah. It's not great, but okay, I suppose. My shading's off something awful.
