Luna - 2004


Another painting of Luna (L98). I had a dream about him leaping like this, and it's one of those things that's often seen in theme park shows with orcas. My dream, however, didn't really specify a background, so I painted him as he might look in the wild, because that's where I hope he stays. Though so far, his relocation has been unsuccessful due to people suddenly deciding they have to have Luna and constantly interfering with any capture attempt.

I only hope it doesn't result in him being euthanized or put into captivity.
